Kcuts accept returns within 28 days if products are not used, changed or otherwise manipulated. Product needs to be returned in original packaging.
No products maybe returned to Kcuts without the prior written consent from kcuts and are subject to a return change.
we will endeavour to process your return within 10 working days. However, during busy periods such as Christmas or sale, this may take a little longer.
How to return
Simply fill out contact form to let us know why you want to return your item, package the item unopened items in the original packaging and post back to us within 28days of receipt for a full redund or exchange. we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item.
